Mar-TEA-ni: How To Make An Espresso Martini With Tea

Tea is replacing coffee in the classic Espresso Martini. How on earth is it possible? With BOSpresso®, an organic rooibos espresso from BOS Brands!

Steep this smooth, full-bodied rooibos espresso to make lattes, cappuccinos or this delicious Rooibos Tea Espresso Martini. Or shall we rather say Mar-TEA-ni.

Ingredients

  • 37,5 ml BOSpresso®
  • 50 ml Vodka
  • 25 ml Jasmine Syrup
  • 5 ml Grapefruit bitters 
  • strip Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Steep the BOSpresso®
  2. Shake all of the liquid ingredients together until cold
  3. Express the lemon zest into a chilled martini glass, drop the squeezed zest into the glass
  4. Strain the espresso martini over the squeezed lemon zest in the martini glass and enjoy
  5. Start steeping more BOSpresso® for your next drink!
