Move over, McDonald’s?

Mark Wahlberg and his brothers – New Kids on the Block singer Donnie and Boston-area chef Paul – plan to open a burger restaurant.

The famous brothers have licensed the name Wahlburgers from Rochester, N.Y.-based fast-food chain Tom Wahl’s. Tom Wahl’s serves a cheeseburger called a Wahlburger and, until now, owned the federal trademark rights to the name.
