Introducing the winemaker of Blaauwklippen in Stellenbosch.

Narina is an Honours BSc Agriculture (Oenology) cum laude graduate of Stellenbosch University and completed harvests at Glen Carlou, Dornier, AA Badenhorst Family Wines and Stellenzicht.

She joined Quoin Rock Winery in 2008 as assistant winemaker and was promoted to winemaker from 2010 until 2014.

She serves on various wine judging panels including the South African Young Wine Show, FNB Top 10 Sauvignon Blanc, Cape Vintners Classification, Blaauwklippen Blending Competition, Veritas Awards and the Old Mutual Trophy Wine Show.

She also judged in Spain at the Zarcillo International Wine Competition in 2018.

She loves expressing her creative side through winemaking and strives to create wines that express the terroir of the vines and to give the consumer the chance to experience Stellenbosch and South Africa through Blaauwklippen’s wines.
