Michael Oliver reviews Jordan Chameleon Sauvignon Blanc Chardonnay

Just lovely Summer wine – perfect for drinking in dappled green shade in a pretty garden and wonderful with food.  The Sauvignon Blanc component was tank-fermented.  This has retained the sparky green varietal grassy figgy characteristics with a zippy freshness.  The Chardonnay was also tank-fermented and afterwards received extended lees contact, which fills out the palate for a mouthful of windfall citrus fruit, and melon.  The blend of the two results in a wine packed with flavour and a long waning aftertaste.
