Picture this: It’s sunny and warm. There are four stages with great music playing.

There are 25 well-known Napa wineries that have set up luxury tents with huge couches and suchlike for you to lounge on. Twenty five high-end Napa restaurants have set up booths with various foods for you to snack on. Is this a post-holiday, food and drink induced winter hallucination? Nope, it’s Bottle Rock.

This spring, from May 29-31, the music, wine and food festival called Bottle Rock returns to the Napa Valley. The lineup of bands just came out Jan. 7, and it’s by far the best lineup that’s ever been at the event.

Headliners include Imagine Dragons, No Doubt and Robert Plant. Feel like listening to Latin music? Gipsy Kings will be there. Like country-slash-bluegrass? Go see the Avett Brothers. Hip hop your thing? Snoop Dogg and Public Enemy will be playing. Indie pop? Foster the People are taking the stage. For you eclectic rock fans, there’s Cage the Elephant. This just scratches the surface — it’s safe to say there is plenty of quality and variety at Bottle Rock this year.
