Parks & Recreation star opens a wine shop in New York

Actress Amy Poehler has opened a wine store called Zula Wines & Spirits in Brooklyn, New York.

Alongside friends and wine experts Amy Miles and Mike Robertson – whom Poehler met on the set of her 2001 film, Wet Hot American Summer,  Poehler is bringing affordable, quality wine to this Brooklyn neighborhood.

The shop offers delivery, tastings, and a large section of “under $13” bottles of carefully chosen varietals from all over the world, including countries like France, Austria, South America, Chile, Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S, as well as American craft spirits.

Though the Parks & Recreation star remains modest, saying that she simply gets all of her wine advice directly from Miles and Robertson, she may know more than she’s letting on, as she just completed filming on her directorial debut, a Netflix original comedy aptly called Wine Country.
