Get your fix with Oats, Apple and Cinnamon

Looking for a quick breakfast fix? Try apples, cinnamon and oats. Apples are naturally sweet, helping to curb our cravings for sweets in a natural way and they are also filled with fiber and Vitamin C. Cinnamon has many beneficial properties, including a mild anti-inflammatory effect, anti-microbial properties which helps stop the growth of bacteria as well as fungi. It’s great for blood sugar control and the odour boosts brain activity. Cinnamon is also an excellent source of manganese.

You will need:

1 cup Instant Oatmeal
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. chopped pecans (optional but recommended)
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 diced apple

All you have to do is:

Prepare the oats according to packet instructions and mix in the cinnamon, pecans, sugar and apple.
