Rydal is gearing up for one of its big annual festivals.

 

The Fermenta Festival is returning for another year celebrating the the art of fermentation by local producers. From sauerkraut to kombucha, small batch beers and fine wines to chocolate and cheese.

 

Growers and makers from Hawkesbury and surrounds gathered at Kurrajong Kitchen in South Windsor on Friday to celebrate National Ag Day.
