Haskell Vineyards, the home of 5 star wines and Longtable Restaurant are offering OUTSTANDING VALUE this winter season!

When you taste a wine made by a female winemaker (Rianie Strydom) as good as this one, you wonder why XY chromosomes dominate the South African cellar.

Haskell Vineyards in Stellenbosch would like to invite you for the very first public tasting of the Haskell Hades Syrah ( Single Vineyard) 2014.

The annual bible of SA wine has just been released for the year, and we are delighted to let you know that Haskell Vineyards has once again been awarded an elite 5 star rating in the 2017 Platter Guide.

When we started this project in 2005, Dombeya was the original name of the estate, and as such it made sense to release a range of wines under that name.

The new release Dombeya Fenix 2011 has once again outperformed its price point and expectation by being judged in the Top 10 in South Africa for the second straight year at the Wine Magazine/Riscura Bordeaux Blend Awards.

Big changes are afoot at Haskell Vineyards. In coming weeks we will be kicking off a major renovation of the restaurant premises.

The Telegraph’s wine expert divulges the three best Chardonnays to try this spring and Dombeya is on the list!

I remember talking to Wayne Dutschke, a highly regarded winemaker in Australia’s Barossa Valley, about the practice of ‘rating’ vintages.

For the past 6 years, Long Table Restaurant and Café has proudly offered the best of country comfort to its patrons, having achieved this top accolade in the KlinK awards in 2013.
