The Stellenbosch wine farm, Le Bonheur, has a new winemaker at the helm. Lauren Behrens’s predecessors make up a line that has tended the wines at this top estate, part of the Cape Legends collection of acclaimed brands, for more than two centuries. Behrens joined the team as assistant winemaker to Sakkie Kotzé at the beginning of last year, before being appointed to the new position.
