2nd Hermanus Chef’s Showcase

They are at it again…

Last year’s Hermanus Chefs Showcase was a sold out event with a waitlist that could have filled another sitting.
The five local chefs have got together again and are planning the second chef’s showcase which promises to become a highlite on the annual Hermanus calendar.  This year there is also a special lady attending the evening… Skoonma will be there to accompany Kevin Warwick’s dish.

The chef team consisting of Petri Hendriksz from Eat,  Rudolf van der Berg from Savannah, Anli van Vuuren from Delice Chocolates & Cakes and the Hermanus Golf Club, Wayne Spencer from La Vierge and Kevin Warwick from The Class Room is sure to surprise their guests with an unforgettable evening full of fun.
Guests will  be spoiled with a fantastic five course menu accompanied by great wines and fine service, and all the action will once again be filmed in the kitchen and screened in the dining room.

Skoonma will make her appearance during Keven’s main dish:

Roast kudu loin served with beetroot & pomagranate reduction.  Duchess potato with onion & bacon crumble, puree, fresh pomegranate seeds and dark Jus.
