Yes, there have to be SOME rules for the contest.
1. You’re eligible to win complimentary round-trip transport in an Uber Black for the evening but you must already be in possession of your tickets to The Secret Masquerade to enter. This is not a contest to win tickets to The Secret Masquerade.
