Durbanville Hills’ restaurant launches wine and food pairing menu

The restaurant at Durbanville Hills Wines, situated a mere 20 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre, has launched a wine and food pairing menu that will change seasonally.
 
The menu is a culinary delight thoughtfully created by head chef Louisa Greeff, whose flair for combining unusual flavours and textures stood her in good stead in pairing her dishes with Durbanville Hills’ award-winning wines.
