Ayama releases three red wines for winter enjoyment

The winemaking team of Michela and Attilio Dalpiaz of Voor Paardeberg winery Ayama Wines has just released three new single varietal red wines to be enjoyed during the colder winter months.

Starting off with Michela’s favourite red varietal, the Ayama Pinotage 2013 is valued for its South African expression and local heritage. She likes to produce a medium-bodied and accessible wine with light wood treatment, which reflects her belief in the grape. Although ripe plums and cherries are prominent, the earthy undertones from its Burgundian heritage show too.
