Spanish wine range La Bascula has picked up three medals at this year’s Sommelier Wine Awards in London. The scoop’s a feat co-owner Ed Adams is particularly proud of, given London’s top sommelier’s constitute the judges. “We’ve done well in this competition before, but not this well.” – Ed Adams.
