Showcasing wine personalities

Wosa has launched the #CapeWineConnect social media campaign which showcases South African wine personalities through short video posts. 

This is part of Wines of South Africa’s (Wosa) promotional efforts ahead of Cape Wine, which takes place from the 15 – 17 September 2015 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

The focus of the #CapeWineConnect campaign is to encourage engagement between South African wine producers and the global wine audience, by introducing a wide range of the characterful personalities behind the authentic wines.

Together with the local photographer and friend of the wine industry, Thys Lombard, Wosa generated a number of short video clips for the campaign by interviewing key personalities from around the South African winelands. These videos will be posted weekly and promoted through the @CapeWine2015 social media accounts. They can be viewed at www.capewine2015.com on the pressroom page’s video section.
