SINGAPORE — Dom Perignon will unveil a permanent “secret suite” at Stellar at 1-Altitude later this year.
The champagne brand’s P2 Suite will sit 282m above the streets of Singapore in the fine dining establishment, according to a press release.
Guests can choose to begin their journey on the rooftop of 1-Altitude, where they will sip on Dom Perignon champagne, paired with artisan Sturia caviar.

Then, diners move into the suite — outfitted with “luxurious bedazzlement”, according to the release — where Stellar’s executive chef, Christopher Millar, will take them on a food pairing journey. That journey was conceived by the famous Alain Ducasse for Dom Perignon.
Millar describes Dom Perignon’s spirit as signifying (deep breath) “an art de vivre oriented towards a timeless experience that exemplifies intense personal freedom and luxury”.
Basically, expect quality ingredients, purity of flavour, and some fine, fine champagne.
Dom Perignon’s P2 Suite will open in the second half of the year at Stellar at 1-Altitude.
