Sprite Labels initially added a BGM Elite 370 to handle the production of blank labels for a customer, which had encountered issues with quality and service for a large order. Sprite Labels managing director Tony Katsouris explained: ?This was a serious customer of ours who was in real danger of losing important work and needed urgent support. We could do the job but it would put enormous pressure on our finishing, as we were already near to capacity.
