If you really want to know how your morning cup of coffee is produced then perhaps you should visit Mt Tamborine in south-east Queensland. It’s here that Sam Williams and his family grow, pick and roast their own coffee beans on their small Green Land Coffee Plantation, before serving up a brew in their local cafe. It’s one of the few coffee plantations in Australia where visitors are welcome to see the entire process of coffee making, from ‘seed to cup’.
