Police in Rock Hill and Clover worked together to arrest a Rock Hill man accused of kidnapping a woman and her child on May 18, 2018, officers said. Matthew Ezekiel Oliver, 20, of Rock Hill used a ladder to get in a Clover home then take a woman and her baby, officers said.
