The Rotary Club of Lake Arrowhead will present its 38th Annual Art & Wine Festival on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19, at Arrowhead Lake Association?s Tavern Bay Beach Club, which is directly across North Shore from the UCLA Conference Center.
