Miguel Leopoldo Gallegos has been named Executive Chef of Casa Velas, an adults only boutique hotel and ocean club in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. In his new role, he is responsible for the Emiliano and the Beach Club Restaurant and the resort’s 24-hr insuite dining program.
