Police on Sunday afternoon arrested a 52-year-old Heritage Hill Road man and charged him with sixth-degree larceny. At about 3:55 p.m. on Aug. 2, officers were dispatched to A1 Cellars Wine & Spirits on a report of a theft, according to a police report.
