Klein Constantia releases 2011 vintage of MCC Brut

Following the Platter five-star rated 2010 vintage, the 2011 vintage of Klein Constantia’s Méthode Cap Classique Brut has just been released, showing an equally beguiling expression of the distinct Constantia valley terroir.

Made from 100% chardonnay grapes, bunches are pressed whole, then fermented and aged in 500 litre “neutral” oak barrels for nine months.  This practice is applied only in some of the most renowned Champagne houses with the aim of achieving integrated structure and richness, while maintaining great freshness in the bubblies.
