Smoked salmon fold-overs makes for the perfect appetizer, your friends will love it!
We paired this awesome recipe with the barrel matured Estéanna Sauvignon Blanc.
Ingredients
- 200g Sliced smoked salmon
- 1 Avocado
- Salt & Pepper
- Lemon Juice
- Rocket
- Balsamic Reduction
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with Glad Wrap
- Place the Salmon pieces individually on the sheet pan
- Cut the avocado in thin slices. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle salt & pepper over the top to taste.
- Dish the avocado into the centre of the Salmon and fold closed.
- Close the Glad Wrap over and roll it up.
- Place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
- Plate the Smoked Salmon Fold-Overs on a bed of rocket. Drizzle with Balsamic reduction and add a slice of lemon.
