Smooth as velvet, Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Pinotage 2014 is a fruit forward wine with soft tannins and a juicy mid-palate. The wine is lush and silky and will work wonderfully with Mediterranean dishes, charcuterie platters and traditional Cape Malay dishes.

Fleur du Cap Bergkelder Selection Pinotage 2013 is full bodied with ripe plum flavours on the palate supported by a good tannic backbone which softens over time. This robust red is perfectly suited to a range of dishes from grilled lamb and poultry, to more decadent and festive pork roasts.

The Fleur du Cap Unfiltered Pinotage 2014 sells for R135 and the Bergkelder Selection Pinotage 2013 for R79 at Die Bergkelder cellar door. These wines can be found at select fine dining restaurants and boutique wine stores.
