From its humble base on Rickety Bridge winery in Franschhoek, The Foundation Stone range has been very well received in recent years and tasha’s is the perfect outlet, a match made in heaven. As with tasha’s, every aspect of this wine is carefully thought through and executed with precision. The interesting blend of Shiraz, Cinsault, Grenache, Mouvedre, Tannat and Viognier is aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and produces a fruity, juicy wine with loads of red fruit and crunchy tannins.
