Savour the Joys of Spring at Creation

Fresh nasturtium, violet and sorrel flower – these are but a few of the ingredients on the new Creation menu that say: spring is in the air! Aptly titled ‘The Spring Story of Creation’, the exciting pairing menu will be launched on Saturday, 1 September.

Commenting on the new menu, pairing expert Carolyn Martin says it is aimed at celebrating springtime in all its glorious facets. “Spring is the season of new growth and rejuvenation as is evident in our vineyards and in the colourful fynbos garden surrounding our Tasting Room. The name ‘Creation’ is a tribute to these riches Mother Nature has bestowed upon our estate, but it is also a promise of constant innovation – whether it’s in the vineyard, the cellar, the kitchen or at the table.”

As a pioneer in the art of wine and food pairing, Creation offers an ever-evolving range of options. The new menu comprises a ‘welcome surprise’ plus six delectable courses paired with seven award-winning wines. Fresh, locally sourced produce and inventive combinations are imaginatively presented to offer a unique taste adventure.
