Shelly’s Labneh – Ahead of the Craze

As anticipated, Labneh has become a firm favourite amongst local health heroes and foodie fanatics alike.  The medium-fat Mediterranean-style soft cheese can be used as a spread or dip for bread, crackers and crudités, as well as in various sweet and savoury dishes (ever tried a Labneh cheese cake?).  Available in original, garlic & herb and z’ataar flavours, our now-established Shelly’s Labneh has set the tone for the style of cheese in the country.
