Make the most of your AVB and bake these strawberry cupcakes and get baked again.
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup canna-butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Set your oven to 380 F-400 F.
- In a large bowl mix together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a small bowl mix together an egg, milk, and canna-butter.
- Make a groove in the center of the large bowl and pour in the mixture from the smaller bowl.
- Stir it up a bit, but don’t make it smooth, it should be lumpy.
- Cut strawberries into halves or quarters, according to your personal preference. Carefully insert the pieces deep into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a cupcake tin, using cupcakes liners. Fill ¾ of the capacity of the liners.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
