This season’s menu has been inspired by all things summer and promises something for everyone. In keeping with the look and feel of the Deli choose between a selection of gourmet open and closed sandwiches, mouth-watering homemade pies, quiches and scones, which are guaranteed to tickle the taste buds. The slow cooked beef open sandwich, and red onion, thyme and walnut roll (closed sandwich) are guaranteed to be Deli favourites this summer. The gourmet mini pizzas are perfect as a light snack. If you prefer something lighter the Deli offers a variety of delicious cheese and charcuterie platters which are ideal for sharing. A selection of artisanal breads and preserves are included in all the platters, which make for the perfect country inspired experience.

What would a visit to the Winelands be without a picnic lunch experience? Choose between the Lanzerac Basket, which includes a little bit of everything; or create our own basket, which allows you the option to tailor make your picnic hamper. Relax and unwind on the lush grass area on the cellar rooftop which overlooks the vineyards, whilst sipping on a glass of Lanzerac wine. The perfect summer picnic experience.
