Tangy Tequila Cocktail with Cucumber and Lemon

This Tequila Cocktail with cucumber and lemon will be an invite crowd favourite!

Ingredients

60 ml silver tequila
60 ml cucumber juice
30 ml lemon jam
ice (to serve)
1 lime (cut into wedges)
cucumber wheels (to serve)

Chili Salt :
1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

To a cocktail shaker add ice, tequila, cucumber juice and lemon jam. Shake until combined and frothy. Strain over a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge and cucumber wheel dipped into chili salt.

Chili Salt: Stir together ancho chili powder and salt.
Tip: Substitute lime zest for the chili powder if you prefer the drink to be less spicy.
