The smooth yet complex Creation Reserve Pinot Noir presents the perfect pairing for the Springbok Loin with Braised Leek, King Oyster Mushroom and Cherry Jus, while the grand finale – Rose Water Mousse, Mint Dust, Strawberry Curd, Vanilla Meringue and Fresh Berries– is an ideal match for the recently released Creation Grenache Noir, Viognier Rosé.
