It’s hard to think about gin without tonic, right? It’s like bread without butter or brandy without coke. There are, however, multiple ways to enjoy a gin-based drink without tonic water.
Here’s what we recommend…
Dry Lemon
Lemony and slightly bitter, Dry Lemon has a bit of a tang which compliment gin perfectly.
Elderflower Cordial
Pour a shot of gin into a tall glass, add the elderflower cordial topped with soda and you’ll have yourself a gorgeous summery beverage.
Ginger Ale
Ginger Ale adds a little sweetness and spice to the spirit. Zhuzh things up with a splash of lime cordial or a fresh wedge.
Tomato Juice
Swap the spirit in a traditional Bloody Mary to gin and you’ll have a Red Snapper. Spicy, refreshing, delicious and an excellent choice for hair of the dog.
Kombucha
A healthy cocktail? That’s something we all can get behind! The tart, fruity liquid comes in a variety of flavors, so you can ditch all those high-sugar juices for kombucha. What’s more, it’s actually really beneficial for gut health because it contains live bacteria.
