“The name of the drink is my surname, ‘Hunter’ in Spanish,” George explains. “The idea is to leave a legacy and just as the man who invented Bacardi did, I thought to put my name to it was a great start.”
“I’ve always been inspired by classic cocktails – I love their elegance and simplicity,” says George. “For this competition, I wanted to create a drink that people could recreate at home and ask for at any bar around the world.”

Ingredients
- 60ml Bacardi Ocho
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Maple Syrup
- 10ml Creme de Cassis
- Absinthe Rinse
Instructions
- Shake all the ingredients together in a shaker and then strain into a cocktail glass.
