Bed and beer seems to be all the rage at the world’s very first beer themed hotel, set to open for business in San Diego in 2018.

The sprawling 100,000 square Stone Hotel will be set up adjacent to the Stone brewery and gardens and word has it that the quirky hotel will be any beer-lovers dream.

On arrival guests will be given free beer, in the bar-style lobby. The hotel will also also offer a in-room “beer growler” service, with draft beer delivered in a jug.

If guests fancy venturing outside to enjoy their brew, they can take full advantage of the giant rooftop garden and swimming pool deck.

The bedrooms in the new hotel will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by rolling hills and greenery.

The microbrewery is the 10th largest brewery in the USA and is famous for its popular beers including Stone IPA.
