Holden Manz Big G 2009. Elegant yet well-structured wine backed by a lot of fruit with a full and lingering aftertaste.

If you had to be a wine, what variety will you be?

I would like for my daddy to be a well-structured Cabernet Sauvignon and my mommy a spicy, fruitful and seductive Shiraz.

At Holden Manz we have the most beautiful and romantic picnic spots under centuries old oak trees next to the Franschhoek River – the views to the mountains are unparalleled.

Megan Fox. I will try and keep this clean. I will get naked, buy a bag of popcorn and stare at myself the whole day!

A game ranger with a chopper license.

I really should party less over weekends!

A very strong motorboat so that I can go and buy some stuff for the braai if I need to.
