Our tasting room is the ideal location to get out and enjoy life, whilst keeping warm this winter. With roaring log fires, delicious wines and picture perfect views, Benguela Cove is the best place to enjoy the finer things in life this winter. Our winter tasting is priced at R280 and serves two.

What is Glühwein and why is this paired with a cheese fondue and ciabatta?

Glühwein is a winter favourite with German origins. Glühwein uses various mulling spices such as cinnamon, anise and cloves and results in a warm, spiced wine.

This delicious winter tasting is available daily between 10:00 – 18:00 for the months of July and August.

Fondue is a communal pot served over a portable heating element. The fondue is used to submerge your bread into delicious, melted cheese using long-stemmed forks.

Our Glühwein and cheese fondue is paired with a traditional, Italian ciabatta.
