Adorable little Santas made with strawberries, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles will have your guests gathering around the Christmas dessert table.
Ingredients
- strawberries,
- whipped double cream
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
- First wash strawberries and then remove their top. After that cut the lower part of the strawberries as shown in this photo. These will form the caps.
- Remove all the caps and set the strawberries in a dish.
- Whip some double cream and pipe it on the top of strawberries to form faces.
- Put the caps and then again add a tiny amount of cream from a piping bag to form the pom poms of hats.
- Make the eyes and smiling face of each Santa with chocolate sauce filled in a pointed nozzle piping bag.
- Your strawberry Santas are ready to be decorated on a cake or enjoyed as it is.
