Vodka Removes Stains Better Than Carpet Cleaner

Vodka is a cheap and easy way to remove stains from fabrics, upholstery and carpets with no extra chemicals required for the job. Cheap vodka works just the same as any high-end brand. Vodka can get rid of some of the toughest stains, including grass, ink and red wine.

How to remove carpet stains with vodka

Start by blotting the stained area with a soft white cloth if the stain is fresh or still wet.

Acting out this step enables you to absorb as much of the spilled substance as possible before getting stuck in.

Don’t rub a wet stain or spill, however, as it’s likely to spread the substance around and make the stain much worse.

Pour some vodka onto a soft, clean white cloth and dab it over the stain on upholstery or your carpet.
