What grows together goes together

In line with our philosophy of “what grows together goes together” Creation is committed to pairing our wines with a menu based on fresh, locally grown produce. And this will once again be reflected at our stand at the renowned Hermanus Wine & Food Fair to be held from 9 to 11 August 2012 at the Hemel-en-Aarde Village, Hermanus.

Creation is a proud member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative (BWI) and we are dedicated to conserving our natural heritage by implementing long-term biodiversity as well as sustainability programmes. We also comply with the sustainability guidelines laid down by the Integrated Production of Wine (IPW) scheme and all our recent releases boast the ‘green seal’.

We source the finest seasonal ingredients from selected local suppliers and at present more than 80% comes from our neighbours in the Overberg region. We look forward to showcasing the outstanding fresh produce of some of our key suppliers at the fair. These will include, among others, Richard Bosman’s Quality Cured Meats, the hand-crafted chocolates from Von Geusau Chocolates and the exotic mushrooms from Nouvelle Mushrooms.

And the wines? Well, we will be proud to present our complete Creation range, including the newly released Creation Viognier 2012 and Creation Sauvignon Blanc-Semillon 2012. What’s more, we look forward to introducing our latest Whale Pod releases which include the Whale Pod Sauvignon Blanc 2012and the Whale Pod Syrah, Merlot 2011. So, don’t miss our stand at the Hermanus Wine & Food Fair, and if you cannot make the fair, do pop in at Creation whenever you are in the Hermanus area!
