Avocado Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a spicy buffalo chicken salad packed with lots of vegetables and made with avocado and Greek yogurt instead of mayo. Enjoyed warm or chilled, this wrap is healthy, quick and easy ~ perfect for a weeknight!

Wine Suggestion: Villiera Blanc Fumé 2016

Villiera decided that their Bush Vine Sauvignon Blanc needed a greater point of difference from their more tropical trellised vineyard Sauvignon Blanc. This vineyard has the ability to produce a unique and intense style of Sauvignon Blanc. The bush vine system is a traditional training method especially suited to unirrigated vineyards. The limited yield ensures early ripening.

The green pepper, fig and slightly smoky character is nicely complemented with some oak spice. This wine should keep for up to 5 years and the new style typifies the terroir it grows in. This is an exciting departure from what Villiera usually did and it embraces new trends in winemaking to ensure greater versatility with food.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, divided
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped cooked broccoli florets
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 tortillas
