Bombay Sapphire launches the world`s first Gin Train

A gin train is making its way into London this summer, according to Delicious.

The Laverstoke Express is the result of a collaboration between gin titan Bombay Sapphire and Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers who will be taking guests on a 10-stop journey around the globe accompanied by fine dining and gin cocktails. It’s not a literal train of course for only £30 a ticket, but rather a simulator that will tour of the homes of botanicals that play a part in the making of gin.

“Join us for a multi-sensory dining experience that fuses unique dishes created by a Michelin Star chef and exquisite Bombay Sapphire cocktails. Travel the world on The Laverstoke Express – from Java to Ghana to Tuscany, all the way to Laverstoke Mill, the home of Bombay Sapphire. Experience the stories of the ten botanicals that go into creating our perfectly balanced gin,” explains Bombay Sapphire of The Grand Journey experience.

Now that’s what you call public transport!

The Laverstoke Express will be available to enjoy for one week only, from July 17 to 23, with tickets available online.
