Enjoy a personal cooking demonstration with Chef Shaun at Solms-Delta in Franschhoek.

Explore the unique veldfood flavours used at Fyndraai restaurant. There will be fresh herbs from the Dik Delta culinary garden for you to see, taste and smell; and Chef Shaun will demonstrate how these unusual flavours can be creatively used.
