We have been watching our vines growing outside the admin office and also at the Museum van de Caab building and took some photos a month ago (Sept 22nd) of two vines sprouting green shoots and then we took the same shot yesterday – almost a month later (Oct 17 Oct).  The two separate vines are growing on different trellising systems and we’ve decided to take the same shot of the same vines every month until harvest… and maybe even into the bottle!  So you can follow the update and progress pics here on our Blog (comment below, let us know what you think!).
