Creamy and gently spiced, this chicken curry is fragrant with fragrant curry leaves and coconut. Inspired by the Syrian Christian Chicken Mappas, it is a favourite in Kerala served with steamed rice, although I can vouch for its compatibility with layered porottas and appams too or your favourite pulao.
