Vintage Friday at Cuvée

Cuvée Restaurant on the iconic Simonsig Wine Estate in Stellenbosch is offering diners a special, rare experience on each Friday.

Known as Vintage Friday, an older vintage Simonsig wine will be paired with a dish specially selected and prepared by Chef Lucas Carstens. Cuvée’s wine-list contains a diverse selection of current Simonsig vintages, but we have seen an opportunity to open-up our vaults and offer diners the unique opportunity of enjoying an older classic, such as a Redhill Pinotage, Tiara Bordeaux blend or a Kaapse Vonkel Cap Classique which has matured to perfection. Because masterly prepared food deserves a classic vintage.
