Barefoot takes the cake, or shall we rather say the cupcake, with these mini Moscato flavoured treats.
Ingredients for cupcakes:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup Barefoot Moscato
- 1/4 cup milk
- Ingredients for Frosting:
- 1 8-oz container mascarpone cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Barefoot Moscato
- 1 16-oz package confectioners’ sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
