A Cape Town classic from the Savoy Cocktail Book of 1930. The recipe originally calls for Canadian Club Whiskey, but we feel Bain’s is the perfect whisky to bring it home.
Ingredients
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 3 Dashes Curaçao Liqueur
- 1/2 Caperitif
- 1/2 Bain’s Cape Mountain Whisky
Instructions
- Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
- Lemon peel on top
