Bourbon-based Sangria

Loaded with pears, apples, and plums, sweetened with apple cider and spiked with bourbon and cinnamon sticks. This bourbon-based sangria is super easy to make and makes for a killer combo when paired with Mexican food.


  • 1 bottle of pinot grigio
  • 3 cups apple cider (Hunters or Savanna)
  • 1 cup of club soda
  • ½ cup bourbon
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • 2 plums, chopped


  1. Mix all the liquid ingredients together in a BIG pitcher and stir it up really well.
  2. Drop in the cinnamon sticks and fruit, give it another good stir then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.
  3. Give it one more good stir before serving.
